MessageHow is it barbarian? Surely punishing those that commit wicked crimes is a good thing? Can the Socialist Liberals stop coming up with rubbish like "crime against humanity". Murder is a crime against humanity, so what are you going to do to stop it? Oh, you're going to remove capital punishment, excellent ideas, we'll see our murder rates collapse overnight.

MessageSince murder is a crime, a state murder is not? Please do not use only demagogue style for your opposition. And a well funded police is a grant about the murders.

MessageState murder? You do know what murder is right? So how is capital punishment murder? It is not done illegally, it is done via the right judicial procedure, following the laws of the land. State murder would be randomly shooting people. Demagogue style? So claiming that all of your laws should be passed because they are 'rights' is the right thing to do? And I see nothing in this bill about a well funded police, perhaps the murderers will pay for it?

MessageWhoop-de-do what does that prove? To suggest hat capital punishment 'breeds' murder is a tad bizarre.

MessageI cannot agree to one incident being justification for this sentence, but multiple incidents indicate more than a temporary crime of passion. I do not know how or if I can propose that the death penalty apply to serial murder or rape, but since that option does not seem to be available, I cannot support eliminating this option at this time. There is no possibility of reform for serial cases and there is a possibility, particularly during civil unrest or war that such individuals might escape, and so I must support the capital option.
