| Message | nice sentiment but useless if it isnt worldwide , the fascist rulers in say dorvik certainly wont be disarming , what do we have to deter them from launching at us as soon as the opportunity is made available, once we've demolished our nuclear cache? I'm not saying we should place any great priority in nuclear development , Im just saying we should maintain our nuclear cache as a detterent until we can attain a worldwide nuclear disarmament pact. |
