Votes: This bill requests an early election. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline. Elections will be held immediately if the bill passes.

| In order to better reflect the increased political diversity and advanced insterest of the Federation, we call for a Constituent Assembly to be held to institute a new constitutional order to protect life, and liberty. 1. After the next election, Constituent Assembly, of 75 members will be elected by the national legislature to draft and approve a new constitutional order. 2. No later than two years after forming will the Assembly present to the nation a new constitutional order. 3. The national legislature then after being presented the approved constitutional order shall drop the write for an early election and concurrently hold a national referendum to approve the order by nationwide majority vote. 4. If a new constitutional order fails to win approval, the process will reset. 5. The Assembly shall write its own rules and conduct its own affairs.
