| This is part of the period performance details submitted by the Cabinet Minister's The internal affairs ministry which is responsible for police,immigration etc.,has provided a report which is being presented to the parliament by Minister Mrs.Melissa Anderson Registered cases of assault in the year 4099 as of now:-3,987 down from 5599 in the year 4098 Total number of thefts reporte{including petty theft}:-24,567 slightly down from 25,001 in the year 4098 Police preparedness for emergencies is at an all time high Current police force strength:-1,54,000 No.of police booths or stations:-39,000 Immigration:-50,000 refugees have been accepted from valruzia based on a strict verification process. Another 50,000 skilled immigrants have arrived of which 30,000 are students who study in Rutania's various world class universities. In the year 4098,Immigration level was at 26,000 and emigration was at 49,000 Net Immigration level was at -23,000{excluding students} In the year 4099,Immigration level is at 70,000 and emigration level is at 40,000 Net Immigration level is at 30,000{excluding students} The honourable MPs can question me regarding further details And can provide further suggestions on improving the performance of the ministries. | Message | I thank the Home Secretary, Ms. Anderson, for taking the time to compile this comprehensive report. A question, minister, on immigration for the year 4099. Is this accounting for both skilled and blue-collar workers from Valruzia, and is the total amount of refugees accepted from Valruzia 100,000 then? Also, minister, has an opinion poll been conducted? How are the refugees settling into our nation? Do they have any big concerns we need to address? And finally, minister, how is our economy handling the influx of refugees? While I realize this question may be more suited for the Finance minister, do you have any preliminary numbers on the impact on the economy this mass immigration had? | Message | I thank my honorable friend for this report, I have only one question that I would like to ask the Home Secretary: I wonder how will the upcoming cuts to your departments budget, which are quite substantial, will affect the performance of the Home Office when combating crime in Rutania. Surely some Police Officers will have to be made redundant, have you laid in place plans to continue keeping Rutania safe without these officer and with a substantially reduced budget? | Message | To the honourable LDP member,we have only accepted 50,000 refugees from valruzia and the remaining 50,000 are from various other countries including 30,000 students.of the 50,000 refugees from valruzia 40,000 of them are skilled.and 39809 of them have been employed and have started to pay taxes and the remaining are mainly students who are classified as skilled due to them studying and after they study they will find employment Most of the unskilled have received part time employment and an estimated 1878 of them have found low wage full time employment. And the government has spent around 4,00,000 RUT in resettling and another 2,00,000 in integration support as most skilled people did not receive benefit because most of them found jobs immediately on settling down Melissa Anderson, Home affairs minister |

| Message | That is currently under discussion,and suggestions would be greatly appreciated The government has not decided to layoff any police worker but bonuses for officers will be temporarily suspended and there will be some wage reduction for low performing officers this will compensate up to 1,500,000RUT of the 2,000,000 RUT of the money that's being cut for department |
