MessageWe are in favor of this proposal, and note that many of these changes were made to comply with the Artenian treaty, which looks like we are rejecting. While I dislike government regulation generally, in these instances it is absolutely necessary for there to be some state involvement. I encourage everyone to vote FOR this bill, which will also promote cabinet cohesion.
