| 1. This Act funds and endorses a project to construct a monument in Yishelem. 1.1 This monument shall be an obelisk complete with freizes of Beitneyu's history, its workers of today, its fights for freedom and its place in the world. It shall also feature famed Yeudi scientists, priests, and activists from across Terra. Ten percent of the space shall be composed of the achievements of non-Yeudi Beiteynuese people. 1.2 The monument shall be ringed by a small park, it shall be placed in the onnocupied Tarar Square outside of the confines of Yishelem'/ Holy City |
