MessageIts a wonderful tool if you are a wealthy nation. I am sure the poverty stricken Kazulians will love seeing their tax dollars handed out abroad. Charity should be a personal issue, not compulsory. If people want to give money, let them, but don't force them to do so.

MessageWay too vague, so far. I'm willing to give aid in disaster to anyone; in need to those countries which have a democratically elected government which supports basic freedoms and supports open and free markets.
