Message | With respect, we are not exactly sure what is the country's natural way of life. As far as I can tell, our country has suffered a prolonged period of caretaker governments and otherwise benign neglect. Our budget was completely out of whack, our businesses were being over taxed, and our economy was stagnated. The Brethrenists support responsible government, large in some areas such as guaranteeing a clean and honest society, but small in other ways. We think these positions are in line with the normal order of things in Telamon, and we hope there will be more opportunities for the Brethrenists and those Parties who formed immediately following our rise to the majority, specifically to oppose the Brethrenist Party, and for apparently no other reason. We can't hold a grudge however- we know how attractive politics must be when there appears to otherwise be a vacuum in the Government. It's why we formed ourselves. So we will continue to push forward our Platform, and welcome opportunities for cooperation when they appear. |
