MessageMr. Speaker,

If the Rural Party really recognises that Luthori is an Hosian empire and abides by Hosian values they should have voted in favour of the 'Fair Punishment Act'. However we agree to article one, we disagree when it comes to article two. We're fiscally conservative for a reason, our money needs to be spend wisely. We're afraid that high levels of aid will be too much to ask of our taxpayers. Tax is given by the Luthori people to be spend on them, not on some country far away. We recognise that it is a Hosian value to help those in need, foreign and domestic. But to give countries in need more aid than required fails our ideals of fiscal conservatism.

I yield,
Thom Griffin,
Leader Blue Democratic Party

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI).

Random quote: "While the State exists, there can be no freedom. When there is freedom there will be no State." - Vladimir Lenin
