Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, we would like to put the second proposal under the debate and eventually under vote of the Staatsrat. This proposal includes the governmental permission for the private educational institutions to provide the services in our country under license and periodic evaluation and current supervision of the Minister of Education. In our oppinion this is the best consenus. It would create more jobs and increase the quality of the education in our country. I would like to remind you that our goal is to provide equal chances for our future generation and equal chances doesn't mean eqial education. There are a lot of ways in the educational path which our youth can chose from from humanistic education institution to advanced technology instituions.... Murice d'Easting, DSU |

Message | Mr. Speaker, this bill is crucial in order for the non-profit organizations to provide solid, fair and professional services services with a variatey of paths to choose from. Heavy regulations is just a multiplication of public schools which isn't a good thing at all. Liberalising the educational institutions will lead to increase of the quality of provided services and in an outcome the better future of next generations. Here are some examples: - Private educational institutions may focus on a specific topic or topics and provide in-depth knowledge not only superficial as in a public schols, - Private schools avoid the creation of overcrowded classes. Overcrowded classes are a reason for chasm between the students. - Private schools allows children to use up-to-date computers and technical ecquipment. I know that our biggest budget is directed for the education and culture but it is still not enough. - More challenging curicullum. Along with the basic curriculum additional curriculum provide the more adequate skills not only those foreseen by the government. Maurice d'Easting (Education), DSU |
