| An Act, on behalf of Her Grace the Queen, to resolve the Majartan dispute in a manner that would best befit the interests of the Kingdom. Section one: Reasoning regarding the ongoing international tension between the Ahmadi Republic of Jelbania and the Kingdom of Vanuku. Sec. one(a): At the advisement of His Grace, the King, and His most honorable Privy Council, Her Grace the Queen has settled upon a recommendation, in accordance with her role as ex officio chair of the Council on Faith, as it pertains to the matter at hand. Sec. one (b): Her Grace has recommended to the Assembly, and to her most noble husband, that at this time it would be not of sound wisdom to empower either the Kingdom of Vanuku or the Ahmadi Republic with the prestige of Security Council seat. It is, within her view, not the time to stoke the tensions of the present climate by giving one of these nations an advantage over the other. Section one (c): In the view of the Speaker and the majority of the Assembly, Her Grace is correct in her judgement. Section two: Preference of the Assembly regarding a replacement as it pertains to the Security Council. Sec two (a): It is the view of the Assembly that the Republic of Istalia would the most logical choice in order to avoid conflict in this matter. Section three: Enactment. Sec. 3(a): This bill shall take effect upon constitutional order. |
