A reduction of generic foreign aid from levels considered high to levels considered moderate is in order. As a matter of national priorities it makes more sense to use Selucian tax dollars to directly benefit Selucians. |

Message | We agree with the concern from the members of Integritas. Our counter-concern is to be cautious of expending even more domestic resources if the war involves us. If war requires us to change our military or foreign policy posture, additional expenses must first be met at home within the constraints of the budget. If we have room for something more then we may consider additional resources at that time. A second concern stems from aid during a war appearing to benefit one side over another side. Certainly this is of no consequence if we in fact favor one side over another, but if we are simply acting in a so-called humanitarian way then we need to be able to demonstrate neutrality during times of war. The Tradition and Honor Party is open to refinement based on Integritas' concern. |

Message | Without so much as a declaration of his reasoning, In Marea deems it necessary to continue to forego our own nation's financial needs for the needs of other nations. |
