The Government may no longer require citizens to apply for national service in times of war or peace. B.) The sale of weapons, ammunitions or weapons components by the Government, Government corporations, private corporations or individuals shall be strictly prohibited. |

Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term of civilian national service.
Proposed: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.

Old value:: The government allows arms to be sold only to close allies.
Current: The government must approve all arms sales on a case by case basis.
Proposed: The government does not allow arms to be exported.
