Article 1: OFFICIAL NAME
This Act shall be called the "Military Growth Act of 4114" or the "MG Act."

Article 2: CAUSES
(1) WHEREAS a majority of the nation's citizens prefer us to be more militaristic than we are now.
(2) WHEREAS the military performance and weaponry need a massive upgrade.
(3) WHEREAS we have the funds to allocate the necessary changes to the military.

Article 3: MILITARY WEAPONRY
(1) The military shall be provided with new and advanced equipment that will be used in the protection of the homeland.
(2) Each military branch will receive:
(a) 1 Research and Acquisition Laboratory
(i) These laboratories will effectively research advanced weaponry for each branch of the military, mainly focusing on the one branch that it is assigned to.

Article 4: FINANCING
(1) Financing these buildings will come from the budget of the Defence Ministry.
(2) The cost of each building is 1.2 Billion RUT.
(i) Army- 1.2 Billion RUT
(ii) Marines- 1.2 Billion RUT
(iii) Navy-1.2 Billion RUT
(iv) National Guard- 1.2 Billion RUT
(v) Total cost for each building = 4.8 Billion RUT + Employment Payments + Taxes= 18,183,750 RUT

Article 5: CONCLUSION
This bill shall be carried out immediately upon the passage and signature from the People's Assembly and the President of Rutania.
