Message | It is not 'information' that is of value it the means to process information into well articulated positions that is of value. History has shown that sixteen year olds do not possess such articulation to my large degree. As In Marea has previously stated, minors need time to become educated. Eighteen is probably barely enough education even then, but as full citizens at that point the franchise is guaranteed. |

Message | As stated, qe already discussed that matter. It is not the amount of information they receive, but their grade of understanding. With 16 years, children does not really show interests in thise matters. As stated by Traditio et Honorem, 18 is more than enough |
