Dear citizens, I have found that an algorithm gives an unfair advantage to larger regions. I believe this shoud be removed as it unfair for small regions who just want a say in elections.

MessageTradition and Honor finds it disturbing to think that seats would be apportioned in such a way to give urban areas benefits not granted to the tradiontally less populated areas. Unless reason can be found to validate such bias, we move to agree with proposal as it stands.
