MessageThis treaty could be approve or no, it cann't be modified. This is why I had put it on the desk. Debating this is useless because it's only the vote the only thing that we can be on this.

MessageA debate on the matter would see if it has any support. A debate would see if Kazulians want it. A debate could make suggestions as to other bills that may be better or not available. Just because you bring a bill up does not mean you have to vote upon it.

MessageBut if the majority don't like it, simply it will be refused. The problem of debating is merely philosophy.

MessageYes..if you want you can still point out your opinion after you vote.
But you accept or you refuse it. There is nothing to change.

MessageSo why not have a philosophical debate? Its what Parliaments do in the real world, why not here?

MessageOnce it is closed for voting this limits the time all parties will have to view it - if everybody is online, no problem, but if somebody is away for a day they will miss the vote. I made this mistake with one bill already, hit the vote button by mistake.

Message@DP: this is right in a perfect world, but in this game seems that it is normal to have bills with neverending debate, since the proposing party become inactive. This is our fear.

MessageWe understand - we're only asking for two or three months perhaps? Stale bills can simply be put again by someone else, although this is somewhat annoying to be sure.
