Description[?]:
| We will conduct elections for speaker of the senate. Each party will first elect someone to represent their interests for speaker, and then designate how many votes of the party go to that speaker (so, if not all the party wants that speaker, the party can say (let's assume they have 400 seats) we designate 300 seats to vote in favor of the Third Way Speaker). The majority of votes wins. A party does not have to nominate a Speaker, and may vote for another speaker or abstain. Then, for every bill proposed, we will address the beginning of every message with Mr. Speaker, as a formal way to debate bills. |
