Bill: Disallow the Riding of Early Elections in Moderate Bills
Details
Submitted by[?]: Communist Party of Kafuristan
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2180
Description[?]:
I'm sick of it, it is annoying when some party throws an early election into a bill in order to get the most seats in the election when their bill immediately passes. It is a fact that voters take the most consideration into the most recent bills, and this is an unjust practice to all other parties. Early elections in a bill should at least require a two-thirds vote OR be voted upon by themselves. From now on, any parties who attatch early elections to a bill which is NOT one of the following, that party's seats shall be reset to 0 for the remainder of the term. Allowed early elections are possible only in: - An administrative change which requires two-thirds vote - An early election voted upon in its lonesome |

Message | No, this does not. This is a national resolution to cease the riding of early elections, which by themselves require a one-half vote. Early elections radically alter the voting process of a nation's bills, terminating all existing votes. Therefore, this bill should require no more than a simple pass, since its most impactful effect shall be a temporary punishment of a law-breaking party. |
