MessageMr. Speaker,

this proposal has its advantages and disadvatages but considering the fact that money spent on the upkeep of publicly owned defence indutries can be used othwerwise for example to stimulate the trade budget or improving the judicary system makes this proposal reasonable and DSU will vote in favour.
