Message | No, I understand that you want to break the monotony - but new legislation options are hopefully going to be introduced shortly and this should do that. I strongly believe that it is the right of the Head of State to propose a Cabinet (otherwise lets face it what other role does the head of state have). The 'monotony' of the UCA always being elected Head of State then you have only the TCP and Conservatives to blame. They removed the only centre right - Liberal alternative to me. therefore whilst all the left wing voters etc. split their vote amongst the other parties, my remain united as there is at present no alternative!! - this is partly what I meant when I warned that removing the Libertarians would alter the balance of power and political dynamic of the country - you have given yourselves the ability to block more reformist legislation of mine, but at the price of me being HoS and the largest parliamentary party. Anyway I do think that the HoS has the right to propose Cabinets - that is what happens in most countries around the world (either 'properly' or at least formally) - if any party can propose a coalition then you run the risk of large numbers of spurious and competing cabinets none of which have the overall support of the legislature. Therefore I am opposed to this. |

Message | Forget it, why should the head of state have all the power? You think you know what's best for the country?! We fully agree, and whence the bill gets passed, i shall make sure to make a proper cabinet. |

Message | But it's not like it really matters right now. The cabinet does nothing until the new features are implemented. But that will be a while from now and after a reset. So I thought it would add a little more fun. It has nothing to do with UCA winning the past 100 elections. Just gives everyone something else to do. Make it a little more interesting. |

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
