The Senate of Rutania has existed since 4122, and its elections are held simultaneously with those for the lower house, in accordance with the Senate Establishment Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=491837). The results of elections to the Senate are displayed below. Then I trust you'll stick to the electoral system we worked out (D'Hondt), that you'll apply the staggered system, and hopefully keep creating the diagrams (largest to smallest placed left-right in terms of seating). I can send you the "code" for this bill if you want. Frankly seems a bit cumbersome to transfer everything -- just for the sake of it -- considering we already have this bill. But if it's necessary, I'll go with it. |
