MessageCan you say cruel and inhumane practices by the Right Wing...i mean i knew that fascist were a bit far off in the head...but to allow childern to work when they should be going to school is beyond my understanding, i understand the summer job point but still. And unregulating it is a ploy to let companies get away with child abuse.

MessageIt is a matter of principle. The Libertarian Party believes that all government regulation is anti freedom and against the rights of the individual. We therefore support all bills that aim to remove government regulation of business practices.

MessageOne of the greatest delusions in the world is the hope that the evils in this world are to be cured by legislation.

It's not an endlessly expanding list of rights – the "right" to education, the "right" to health care, the "right" to food and housing. That's not freedom, that's dependency. Those aren't rights, those are the rations of slavery – hay and a barn for human cattle.

MessageChild labour should have extra regulation because children (excluding very intelligent ones) are generally not able to make the best choices for themselves, and are not legally allowed to consent to many things.
