Proposed: The government does not maintain any forms of higher education.
Article 2

Old value:: The government allows private higher education but regulates it to meet nationally set standards.
Current: The government provides local governments with funding to operate higher educational institutions.
Proposed: The government does not fund any public higher education institutions, permitting only private higher education institutions to exist.

Old value:: The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount.

Message | Allowing such is an outrage. I cant believe that you think so less of a Education System as this, to think that you would risk destroying are Education in the name of profit is utterly unimaginable. This bill will never pass. |
