Bill: Morality Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Kanjoran Socialist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2180
Description[?]:
We do not think it is right for people to do obscene or lewd things out in public. In your private house you can do whatever you want but outside you must behave at least semi-normally. The last thing I would want to see is some guy getting cornholed while I am out for a walk. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Displays of public affection and obscenity laws.
Old value:: There are no laws regarding obscene public acts.
Current: Local governments may regulate laws on public acts of affection and obscenity.
Proposed: Sexual intercourse is illegal in public.

Message | Now, I think it's up to me to decide if I'm going to fuck my girlfriend on a bench in a park when I feel like or if I'm not going to do so. You see, sexuality has become what it is now only "thanks" to religion. Actually there's a really small list of things that weren't screwed up by religion, if you'd ask me.... Why do we see sex as something bad. It should be a part of our daily lives, just like breakfast or going to work, school or watching TV or whatever.... Humans are sexual beings and that is a fact, accept it already.... |

Random fact: Real-life quotations may be used in Particracy, but the real-life speaker or author should always be referenced in an OOC (out-of-character) note alongside the quotation. |
Random quote: "I am a conservative to preserve all that is good in our constitution, a radical to remove all that is bad. I seek to preserve property and to respect order, and I equally decry the appeal to the passions of the many or the prejudices of the few." - Benjamin Disraeli |
