| Mitglieder des Bundestages, Today, the Interim Government has been approached by Herr Giorgio Accorsi, Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri (HoG) of Repubblica Istaliana, concerning ongoing discussions in the general- and Security Councel about the Saridan issue. I've discussed this matter with Bundesprasident Bonnecker and together we believe that Dundorf's voice should be heard. We also decided to discuss Herr Accorsi's request in your House and ask your permission to get involved in the matter actively. I invited the Istalian Ambassador to the Security Councel to participate in the debate. This House endorsed Istalia to take that seat. On behalf of the interim Cabinet, I request the Bundestag to authorize my Government to take part in the debates in the General Assembly and to use our Embassies to support Dundorf's interests. This proposal need at least a 2/3 majority to pass. We did not have intention of invasion or attack against Saridan, the military ships would assure only the safety of passenger vessels and act as deterrent for Saridanese attacks. Security Council's Head decided to not support this mission and also Vanaku opposed this humanitarian mission and now its fleet is in the Saridanese territorial waters to stop any humanitarian missions. | Message | Hon. Parliament of Dundorf, first of all I would like thanks the Bundesprasident to have invited my government to send me here to talk in your Parliament. I'm here to espress you all the concern of my and other nations about the atrocities perpetuated by the theocratic, extremist and foundamental government of Saridan. What aimed Istalia as well as Kalistan and Hawu Mumenhes to condamn Saridan was initially the hateful practice of the slavery and salve trade, justified by the Saridanese ambassador in the General Assembly like a "religious preceps" (as you can read in this saridanese intervention: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=6914#p106941). The Kalistani proposal, supported by Istalia, was to create, as specify in the message sent to your Government, an humanitarian mission of Passenger ships protect by military ships, with no order about military operations but only with the objective to defend the civilian ships from any possible attack. Than after an indipendentist referendum promoted by the left-progressist local government of the saridanese island of Sint Pietereiland, in response of the begins of the "purification era" by the central government, the Saridanese "Council of Elder" (collegial HoS) started at the hand of the HoG Philippus Kruger an insane repression and reaction against the island inhabitants, its own citizens, which provide mass deportation, re-habilitation camps, forced labor and forced indoctrination. The Kalistani and Istalian Government respected this statement, but in effect we did not have intention to attack Saridan, or invade Saridan or Occupy Saridan to change government, laws, etc... our was only an escort mission to civilian ships. So, as said, Kalistan and Istalia respected the decision (also if personally I was not able to not point out the incoherence of the General Secretary's actions, he himself Saridanese citizens that run to safe its own family from the religious madness of its cusin, HoG of Saridan. Than the Vanuku delagate voted against all the Resolution proposed in the Security Council and immediately he deployed its first fleet in the waters of the friendly Saridanese government (although it's clear how Saridan has clear relations of subjection with Vanuku and that its interest of Vanuku defend its own interests and its friend government in Saridan). Given the veto by the Security Council, which Istalia does not want to break to show his respect for the World Congress, and to avoid creating precedents for making useless this international institution, my Government propose to starts a pacific worldwide awareness campaign to condamn the Saridanese actions. A campaign constitued of: - world-wide press release on behalf of the country by the Governments that support the Campaign to condamn the Saridanese initiative (like those of Kanjor for example: http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=530992) - organization of demonstrations and sit in in the major cities of the nations wich support the Camapign and report on the official newspaper of the Nation (like this for example: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4118&p=107311&hilit=corriere+d%27istalia#p107311). - Intervention of your delegate in the General Assembly of the World Congress to show the condamn of your Government against the Saridanese government (here the link of the General Assembly: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=6914). In this moment the Kalistani Government are dealing with the Vanuku government to reach a paeceful agreement to convince the Vanuku forces to brign aid and succurs to the saridanese people threatened by its own Government. My party believe that something should be done and that Dundorf cannot stay behind. Again, the SED will support the interim government's proposal and we do hope that the other parties are willing to do like wise. Does the Ambassador believe that sanction Vanuka would be a good initiative? My party would like to draw your attention also to the possible violation of human rights concerning the Duntrekkers minority in Saridan. May be you are willing to monitor their situationas well. I wish to thank the Ambassador and the Istalian Government for their continueing effort to settle this matter. We know now that our vote during the security council election was well spend! | Message | Mitglieder des Bundestages, As the ZPA has no opinion of itself and seems to be instructed how to vote from parties abroad, the interim Cabinet will consider this proposal accepted by this House when it passes with s simple majority of the vote. It is just unacceptable that the foreign PDL decides what our foreign policy should be. Besides, the PDL, with many foreign parties as a member, has no transparant decision making process. Again, we can not have such an orgaization infuence our Dundorfian policies so directly. We are an independent nation!!
