Current: All adults shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.
Proposed: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certain period of time.

| Message | Mr. Speaker, what we want is to give the Dorvisch people their money, by reducing the welfare budget we'll prepare the ground for tax reduction. We cannot pour the society with social benefits and glorify the welfare state. Millions of people in our country has to work hard to cover their cost of living and they are not eligible for social benefits so with this bill we want to encourage those who use social minimum income benefit as an exuse from work to get out and find themselves a job.
