MessageWhile this a delicated matter, the Partido Nacional Conservador wishes to bring this current bill to discussion, so we can all try to agree in a change for our current education policy.

With article 1 we wish ti privatize national education system, while giving vouchers for those children who needs then, the reason for this is mainly because i think every father and mother should search for a school that they see more fit to educate their own children, giving then a more wide variety.

Article 2 aims to bring charter schools in the hand of local government instead of a national one, the reason for this is that every region has its own focus in the academic area, with this, local government can see to have a better adaptability, the same goes for article 3

About article 4, we want to privatize pre-schools, again, for the same reason as 1 article, giving parents a better choice about where to put their childrens, we expect that every private school has its own rules and education method.

As stated above, we of the Partido Nacional Conservador wishes to achieve a consesus amongst the Congresso Nacional.

MessageYou basically want to privatize education. A big NO from us. Your plan to live the working class with second-grade education is disgraceful. We will do everything in our power to stop this prepostorous bill.

Message"While we generally support the idea of bringing greater responsibilities for education to the local level,as suggested here for higher education institutions and charter schools, we cannot agree with the wholesale privatisation of the education system and pre-school education."

MessageOOC: On another note: Please do not refer to proposal just by their number when you discuss them, always indicate what the article you are referring to is about. We do not all see them in the same sequence, and the same person may not even see them in the same sequence each time they log on.
Thankfully, the PNC has briefly described what the articles are about in their discussion post, but their post wouldn't make much sense if I only had the numbers, because in my current view it starts with charter schools and continues with higher education as article 2.

Message"Leaving the working class with second-grade education" i think the lazy socialists parties failed to see that the government will fund the education for poor people, so this argument is failed in its core, just more lies we see everyday from them.

Im happy that we could agree on some topics in this bill, the PNC is open to discuss about the privatization, as state above, we want to ensure the best way to educate our children for future generations, while we want to privatize, we still want to help poor families who cannot pay for this, as in the bills itself was stated, still, i would like to hear why the UDT cannot agree with the privatization, maybe we can reach a consensus.
