As per the Constitution, the Szef Walruziańskiej Ligi Socjalistycznej i Republiki Walruzyjskiej chairs the cabinet.

The responsibilites of Foreign Affairs will be conducted by the 
Old Valruzia Unity Party (VUP)
Article 3
The responsibilites of Internal Affairs will be conducted by the Old Valruzia Unity Party (VUP)
Article 4
The responsibilites of Finance will be conducted by the Narodowa Partia Republikańska
Article 5
The responsibilites of Defence will be conducted by the Old Valruzia Unity Party (VUP)
Article 6
The responsibilites of Justice will be conducted by the Old Valruzia Unity Party (VUP)
Article 7
The responsibilites of Infrastructure and Transport will be conducted by the Narodowa Partia Republikańska

This will make power more balanced and party's are given the positions they are best in. i.e Valruzia Unity Party (VUP) is best out of all party's to be given minister of Foreign Affairs. Reason being that the Valruzia Unity Party (VUP) is the founding & leading party of the International Unity Party Union IUPU. |
