Description[?]:
This bill Is brought to you by the Republican Party and will cover. Dueling: This is a terrible old practice that is not compatible with our dream of a united republic. Though solutions are easily solved this way we belive that it is better to let the courts handle it. Both local and federal. We will never advocate for civilians killing eachother! Regional courts: We belive that we can create afairer justice sysetem if we give regions more power on this matter. It would hinder the governments power from getting too big. Th eright to appeal must be held though since some problems are too important for regional judges to decide. Strenghtened Right to appeal: We see it as a human right o have justice and order in our Republic. Before you vote against this bill let us have a discussion on the matter please. With al regards, Fons Arnout |

Date | 09:22:55, December 02, 2016 CET | From | Patriotte (P) | To | Debating the March 4129 (R) |
Message | We request the LP to rethink. Dueling means that civilians can legally kill eachother, that is barbaric and shall not be tolerated in our Republic |
Date | 09:43:38, December 02, 2016 CET | From | Ameliorate Historical Union | To | Debating the March 4129 (R) |
Message | Dueling is regulated so no one will be killed or even hurt beyond 'first blood'. We think a centralised justice system is faster and more effective.Allowing the Justice Minister to review applications for appeals enables us to throw out frivolous cases faster and save a great deal of public money.
