| The National Stimulus Act is designed to make the Republic of Solentia a leading nation by: 1. Providing the foundations for a stronger economy, 2. Fixing and improving national infrastructure, 3. Building a first-world military, 4. And providing unmatched quality of life for all Solentians. The full plan will be released in a series of bills. A 'facilities upgrade' will be awarded to every Ministry to help in the physical maintenance, improvement, and upgrade of Ministry properties. This Act calls for a withdrawal of [53 BILLION SOL] from the Treasury and the allocation of funds to the following Ministries for disbursement and use: Head of Government - 250 million Facilities upgrade Internal Affairs - 1 billion Facilities upgrade Finance - 250 million 200 million - Facilities upgrade 50 million - National Stimulus Audit Administrative Fund Foreign Affairs - 1 billion 750 million - Embassy upgrades: maintenance and security 250 million - Ministry facility upgrades Justice - 1 billion Facilities upgrade, 25% to be distributed to the states Food and Agriculture 250 million - Ministry facilities upgrade Environment and Tourism 250 million - Ministry facilities upgrade Health and Social Services - 50 billion 42 billion - Hospital Improvement Task Force: This will create an audit of national hospitals and disburse funds to provide maintenance and improvements to the most needy of hospitals. We will bring all hospitals up to first-class treatment. 7 billion - Lapse of Services Compensation Fund: A fund to compensate those who experienced lack of treatment during the recent Privitization of health care. 1 billion - Ministry Facilities Upgrade Fund |
