Message | Because they smoke and drink, they will be distracted by the fact that they will be having their "rights" stripped from them and it will help them cope with the fact that their lives are always going to be crappy. |

Message | Against! Stop restricting them. Leave family responsibility and goverment responsibility seperate. So what? They drunk a drink and now their heads spinning. Boo hoo. If they drink, were fine with it. As long as rehabs openly available and family will also actually take resposibility, then we are happy. Let them learn the hard way and stop FORCING them to do what YOU want them to do. Its a waste of police time and tax payers money. Besides, the question is... 1) Why would they want to drink/smoke? 2) How do they PAY for drink/smoke? 3) What family would allow their children to drink/smoke? |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
