Message | IF people have the option to simply take away their lives because of ilness, then medical breakthroughs will be slowed because there is less of a stimulus to cure. People should also not be able to simply snuff ot their lives, for the greater good of the human race, they should wait for cures and not sink into such a mental depression that they would rather die than be cured! |
Date | 19:07:25, June 07, 2005 CET | From | Freedom Party | To | Debating the Euthanasia Reform Bill |
Message | We are opposed, a bill that creates living wills that allows patients in a persistent vegitative state to die would be something we would support. Euthanasia is a difficult issue to decide upon in many ways. |
