Description[?]:

Friends and colleagues of the National Assembly,

We are here today to proppose some much needed change when it comes to our foreign relations. Our current law is the perfect example of what we dream to achieve in an perfect world. Unfortunately, the world is not perfect. There are a lot of countries on Terra that still have legislations supporting or conceding the existence of slavery and/or compulsory labor. Some countries have parties leading their Assemblies actively defending things like "attacks to enemies", considering enemies every country that refuses to play by their ideological bases. This is all too dangerous to us, so here's our propposal.

We still maintain an general stance of peace, like most of the parties in this legislature would agree it's ideal, but at the same time we reassure our sovereignty by showing every country on Terra how willing we are to endure on diplomatic relations with anyone, but that doesn't mean we are willing to close our eyes for the ever so important humanitarian matters that move us and put us all together.
