Message | This bill is disgusting, not only can workers strike freely for any reason they have, not only can they strike in sympathy for other workers but employers cannot fire strikers for any reason? No matter what? That is sheer madness and disgusting! If i go on strike because I find the carpet colour not to my taste I cant be fired? that is stupid. This bill is absolutely ridiculous for including that stupid article, absolute lunacy. To PoW's, what internationally accepted standards? Rutanian law is fine and great, no need to treat them according to Deltarian standards *shudders* We support an unregulated internet and the removal of the draft as it is peace time |

Message | Are you insane? This is not about not firing strikers because of grounded cause, but about firing strikers for being on strike. We favour all of these articles, except articles 3 and 7. We feel these two articles would threaten the civil rights of our citizens. |

Message | And FP, there are no Rutanian standards, the Government can do anything to them. |

Message | Are we insane? You bunch of idiots, it is completely about firing strikers because of grounded cause, this bill seeks to not allow anyone who is on strike from being fired! Thus, as people can go on strike for any reason, i can go on strike for a carpet colour i dont like and NOT BE FIRED. Please read the article beforehand, Idiot! No Rutanian standards? Rutanian LAW IS RUTANIAN STANDARDS, there are no international standards. The RSDP proves that their makeup has little intelligence |

Message | We feel that Civil Rights are a package deal. However, in the interest of advancing our agenda, we will consider spliting things off if this bill fails. |
Date | 21:07:14, February 08, 2006 CET | From | Freedom Party | To | Debating the Rutanian Civil Rights Act of 2180 |
Message | How convenient, but you completely failed to make your case that not allowing employers to fire anyone makes sense or is a civil right. We find this disgusting. |
Date | 02:22:48, February 09, 2006 CET | From | Radical Freedom Party | To | Debating the Rutanian Civil Rights Act of 2180 |
Message | We believe in the right to strike. If employers are allowed to fire people merely on account of striking then that Right does indeed ring quite hollow. |
Date | 09:58:03, February 09, 2006 CET | From | Freedom Party | To | Debating the Rutanian Civil Rights Act of 2180 |
Message | That doesnt answer the argument that if employees can strike for any reason, which they can, then they can get a job, and go on strike forever without losing their job. Absolutely fucking ridiculous. |
Date | 13:33:50, February 09, 2006 CET | From | Radical Freedom Party | To | Debating the Rutanian Civil Rights Act of 2180 |
Message | As people do not get paid when they are on strike that would be quite pointless, don't you think? |

Random quote: “The people's war isn't just a war of destruction, it is also a war of construction. We will build new facilities, new hospitals, new farms. We will seek to improve the lives of the people around us. This struggle will be as costly as the struggle against the bourgeois army, and indeed will be even more damaging to the enemy.” - Comrade X, former Hulstrian politician |
