Message | OOC: This bill and the bill about the sport clubs, needs as soon as possible of a budget review bill to adeguate the expenses of the state with the new legislations. In this case, the next government, if no changement about it will occur, have to increase at least of 300 - 500 million (but maybe is also too money) the education and culture budget to funds ational the "some sports clubs" that talk about the new legislation. Random quote: "Capitalism demands the best of every man- his rationality- and rewards him accordingly. It leaves every man free to choose the work he likes, to specialize in it, to trade his product for the products of others, and to go as far on the road of achievement as his ability and ambition will carry him." - Ayn Rand |
