| Elaborating on article 1: -The Grand Duchess of Bostosan heads the cabinet. -She has the power to appoint ministers, but these must be approved by a vote in the senate. -OOC: RP-law: When proposing a cabinet, make sure that the Grand Duchess of Bostosan (currently Maria Ionescu Ponte) is made HoG. Elaborating on article 2-4: -The Senate will consist of 399 members elected by their respective districts. -Each district will have a minimum of 1 seat, guaranteeing representation even for scarcely populated rural areas. -Larger districts will have additional seats depending on population size. -75 seats in the Senate will be reserved for nobles. The Speaker and Vice Speaker must also be nobles. -Another 75 seats will be reserved for Terran Patriarchal Church clergy. -To make this run smoothly, a ranked voting system will be used. |
