Message | Members of Congress, Whilst we agree with this in principle, and see that closer ties with our near neighbour and representative on the Security Council are a good thing, we also ask that the Mutual Agreement Treaty of 4095 also remains in place. http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3444 This includes a very important clause - namely article 2 - which sets out the agreement regarding the extradition of prisoners between our two nations. I would not like to think that signing this new agreement is a pre-cursor to withdrawing from the former treaty. Thank you Ralph Mason Majority Speaker of the House Patriotic Party Leader |

Message | We request that article II is more thoroughly explained, specifically "This article also covers any and all financial instruments, including monetary purchases, purchases of bonds and stocks, and foreign direct investment." and their taxation. Thank you for the proposal of the treaty, we believe it will ensure a safe, secure future for Baltusia, Kalistan and the Terra. Andrew Ingrid Financial Secretary Conservative Party of Baltusia |

Message | Indeed Mr Ingrid, Maybe we could invite Kalistani Foreign Minister Fabian, or one of his team, to address Congress and explain the ins and outs of Article II whilst also assuring us that the fore-mentioned Amity treaty and the pertinent article on extradition will also remain in place.
