| Message | Members of Congress, Whilst we agree with this in principle, and see that closer ties with our near neighbour and representative on the Security Council are a good thing, we also ask that the Mutual Agreement Treaty of 4095 also remains in place. http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3444 This includes a very important clause - namely article 2 - which sets out the agreement regarding the extradition of prisoners between our two nations.
