| Bill to declare Baltusia an official Republic and become fully independent from the rule of any Monarch. The President will be the sole ruler of this nation and the official head of government and state. Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the Republic of Baltusia! Article 1: The name of this nation. Previous value: Baltusia Current value: Baltusia Proposed Value: Republic of Baltusia OOC: I assume that we would need a minimum 2/3 majority but if possible could the mods clear this up please.
