Healthcare is another area where the left lies and convinces all that "free" healthcare can be attained without rationing, waiting lists or some other kind of drop in quality and efficiency. The truth is that with state run healthcare, like any other monopoly, it develops a distinct disinclination for offering value for money. It's fine for minor ailments but you don't want to get a serious condition while on rationed public healthcare. For these reasons, we propose a comprehensive reform to the sector
