Message | Uhm, have you ever seen a televangelist? Those are not money making entities? I say, that those religions that are charitable should escape taxation (just like secular charities), but those that are out to make a profit for its leaders ought to be taxed (just like secular corporations). The current law achieves that end. |

Message | Why do we have to recognize televangelism as a religion - this seems like a good balance between allowing moneymaking in the guise of religion and avoiding taxing legitimate religious institutions |

Message | Televangelists clearly are religious - they clearly preach the bible, they clearly believe in Jesus and are clearly Christian. The current law already strikes a good balance. |
