| Mr. Speaker, I rise today with the utmost pride in our nation, and indeed with the pride of being an Artanian. The government has been in talks with the Dundorfian government over a royal marriage between Princess Clarabelle Susannah Randolph of the Rothingren-Traugott Dynasty, Orange-Villayn Branch, House of Adlerberg of the Holy Luthori Empire and Prince Phillipp I. König von Dundorf der Dynastie der Thaller of the Bundesrepublik Dundorf. I wish the Imperial Household my wishes and blessings as well. This marriage will bring both Luthori and Dundorf, Artanian superpowers in our respective rights, closer together, and will herald a new relationship for our nations and our peoples. Thank you Leon von der Mühlen ----- ARTICLE 1 Princess Clarabelle Susannah Randolph of the Rothingren-Traugott Dynasty, Orange-Villayn Branch, House of Adlerberg of the Holy Luthori Empire, youngest daughter of Her Imperial & Most Excellent Majesty Empress Mary II of the Rothingren-Traugott Dynasty, Orange-Villayn Branch, House of Adlerberg, shall be wed to Prince Phillipp I. König von Dundorf der Dynastie der Thaller of the Bundesrepublik Dundorf. ARTICLE 2 This marriage shall not be construed as providing a claim to either throne by either royal household. ARTICLE 3 The day of the imperial wedding shall be declared a public holiday in Dundorf. ARTICLE 4 Media outlets and transmission stations will get set up on cost of the Thaller dynasty but under the organization of the gouvernment. |
