The bill "Changes to the Constitution" has, in my opinion, received adequate consultation. As a result, I know move it to the voting stage in the House of Representatives.

All parties are required to submit how their members vote. Votes may be cast as a "yea" (for), "nay" (against), or "present" (abstain). I will tally the result at the end. The following parties are entitled to vote:

Progressive Party (PP) - 61 Votes;
Revolutionary Anarcho-Communist Party (RACP) - 53 Votes;

MessageWe have to reject these proposals, even though we do encourage the reforms.

The Chambers of the SPB were very decided.

Aye: 3
Nay: 57
Present: 1

(OOC: We would very appreciate a less U.S. proposal, maybe? It doesn't even work properly in that country, why should we replicate in here?)

MessageOOC: I think the Constitution Committee is now defunct, these are old bills that have been put to vote rather than left on the debate slab forever. P.S. There are many, many bills just sitting there in debate that need either deleted by the parties that proposes them or need putting to the vote so they can be archived. I've sorted all the ones that belonged to me or defunct parties, would everyone mind doing the same :)
