Bill: Sale Of Pornographic Material Amendment Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Unity Labour Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 4146

Description[?]:

It is appalling that we in this national assembly are continuing to allow pornographic material to be sold and distributed to children and not only adults. What message are we trying to send to the next generation Mr President? Such act must be amended to prevent such distribution of pornographic materials to children and let it be only for adults in the name of decency and instilling good values in Children. Imagine if your child is sold a porn that is violent. that child will then be socialized by that. We can do better Mr President and honorable members and we should do better.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.

Random quote: "We have a culture, a strong, vibrant, 'real' culture. Most of the outside world does not. They haven't bled enough for it." - Lászlo Nádašdy, former Deltarian nobleman
