Description[?]:

Mr President, Fellow members,

I bring this bill before you to amend the current hunting act which provides hunting and fishing to be done in seasons and regulated by federal government. it is the belief of my party and I that such a regulation should be done by local authorities because different states have different climatic and weather conditions which they can know best when to carry out these activities.
Dear members, in this case, one shoes size does not fit everyone. It's our hope that such a bill can be supported on this grounds along with economic reasons so as to allow persons in various states to be able to expand their commerce and increase economic activity nationwide
