MessageMr. Speaker,

I rises today to request that this honored body give the LPU and the LWP a minority government. The parties in ppposition all called for early elections, we held early elections, and overwhelmingly the people of this nation voted the LPU and the LWP. The truth is that we are one seat short of having the votes necessary for a government. 49% of the people in this country voted for the LPU or the LWP. We have a mandate, this whole legislative body, to provide a LPU and LWP government.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I used to think Mr. Turner was a man of virtue. I used to think he was someone willing to compromise with the other parties in this body and deal in good faith. Unfortunately, with the proposal of this bill, we see the final nail in the coffin of what used to be his soul. First he sold out to left-wing interests in terms of policy, and now he has betrayed the current parties in government, the HDU and the National Party, by proposing this audacious cabinet proposal. Furthermore, for Mr. Turner to now turn around and demand the other parties bow before the LPU and the LWP despite lacking representation in this proposal is simply arrogant. It is arrogant, Mr. Speaker. The trust has been betrayed.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I don't know where to begin in seeking to respond to the incoherent babbling by Minister Patterson,. First of all, I suppose we had best begin with her attempts at besmirching my character. She suggests I'm not a man of virtue. Well, I suppose if I was less a man of character, a man of no virtue, I would have accepted the bribe that she sent her cronies to offer me. An antique pot worth untold amounts of money. Or perhaps my party would have accepted the lucrative donation that her corporate lobbyists friends tried to donate in an attempt to get us to sell out. She says we aren't virtuous, unwilling to compromise, that's laughable. She seeks to make those who continue to stand on their principles, who do what they say they will do, those who do not waiver, as without virtue or of little character. Of course, we recognize the opposite to be true.

We sold out, she says, to left wing interests. She means to say she's angry we didn't sell out to the same corporate interests that she and her party did. The truth is that, we simply don't need the votes of the HDU to have government. We are, as I said, one seat short. We have, the LPU and the LPW, 49% of the seats in this body. With just one more seat we would pass this ourselves. It isn't arrogant to ask for a minority government, its arrogant to assume that we should, with more seats, grovel to the pathetic leadership of the HDU while they continue to lose seats each election. Your party, minister, in case you have forgotten is but a shell of its former self, an afterthought in luthori politics, and isn't necessary in order for us to form a government. The arrogance here is on your part in assuming that we ought to consult or include you.

I yield,

MessageMr. Speaker,

Mr. Turner is 800 years behind on policy and 8 years behind on my career status. I left Watkins Brown when I first ran for the Imperial Diet and I have maintained no contact beyond mere personal relationships with anyone at the firm. To suggest somehow that I pulled strings to send some person to deliver what I think Mr. Turner said was a pot is complete news to me.

Mr. Turner is the man behind the curtain. He is the little dwarf attempting to control the party that truly deserves the credit: the LPU. The Imperial Prime Minister and I have developed a strong working relationship. I cannot say the same with Mr. Turner, considering he spends more time on television than in the Imperial Diet Building working for his constituents and this country. Mr. Speaker, the LWP is acting extraordinarily arrogant despite having a mere 25 seats more than the HDU. If it were not for the LPU, the LWP would be nothing but a fringe movement. The fact is, there are more center-right parties in Luthori then there are center-left parties, and no matter how close the last election was, the voters, even if by a slim margin, still rejected leftist politics enough to refuse them an outright majority.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I've been accused of being on television more than I have been here working on behalf of my constituents. That's an absolutely absurd charge. I would ask the right honorable minister to tell me, who has authored more legislation than the LWP? What party has championed more reforms than the LWP? What party has passed more laws than the LWP? I think you'd be hard pressed to find, since the formation of our party, a political party that has done more or accomplished more in the Imperial Diet than the LWP. I am here daily, proposing legislation, voting on legislation, engaging in debate. So while the minister from the HDU may have personal animosity towards me, may not agree with my politics, may ascribe to a different political ideology than myself, the suggestion that I am not here doing work is absolutely ridiculous and the record suggests just the opposite, that I'm here doing more work and accomplishing much more than just about anyone else.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The gennist Creed, across Luthori, has existed for ages. Guiding the Luthorian People through austerity and fascism, through religious slavery. You, sir, haven't done anything. Our party, my family, the people's Unions. We've lifted so many out of poverty, even at one point securing absolute socialism and kicking the rich out. You, sir, have no place to get on your high horse. You sir, are insane and rude. Get out of this diet, of over all, you can't even remember the age old COMMUNIST party sitting beside you.
I yield,

Emma Genn
Imperial Prime Minister

MessageMr. Speaker,

The promise minister is a babbling fool and a liar. She may seek to take credit for her what her forefathers did, but their accomplishments are not her own. She had no accomplishments. She wants to talk about what all her ancestry accomplished, let us not forget that when the LWP was founded, why it was founded, was because Emma was nowhere to be found. The LPU was nowhere to be found. They didn't exist. They had packed it up and called it quits and allowed right wing lunatics to come to power and now, here they are, working with the rich and powerful they are bragging to have kicked out ages ago. How dare you invoke the name or accomplishments of those who came before you. You disgrace them and they wouldn't claim you and would be insulted you bear their name. If I were a man of weaker constitution, I'd spit in your general direction prime minister. But why waste good saliva.

I yield.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically
