| Mr President To encourage more foreign investment and establishment of businesses along with the expansion of businesses so as to create jobs, increase economic activity and government revenue, we urge that this assembly support this bill to remove strict restrictions/regulations on pollution which discourages business investment and replace it with moderate restrictions/regulations |
