| We cannot allow our economy and environment to be one littered with urban smog, uncleanliness that will drive away investors and tourist and also wastage of products which can be recycled and sold for value. Thus In seeking to create a greener and sustainable economy, I hereby move this bill to make recycling mandatory. |
