Dankuk prides itself as the perfect example of eastern values - hard work, frugality and self-reliance. This image will be damaged if we keep letting certain peoples in, based on their individual qualifications. Yes, an engineer from Northern Dovani may be all good himself but what happens when family reunification allows two dozen of his less reputable cousins to come over here and start enterprises like aggressive begging, welfare fraud and before you know it, mugging and drug trafficking.
