In states where a party gets more than 50% of the votes it gets both Governor posts. If not the then the Governor will be from one party and the deputy from the other. The Idea of the nation's capital being a separate territory was also derived from Dorvik. The RP in the capital will be based on the general results from Zarkitsch and If a left leaning party(like mine)wins first place in the province it will get the city.And if a right leaning party gets 1st place and a left leaning party gets second place the left party will still get the post.Taking into account the general consensus that left of centre parties do well in cities. I request all of you to give your opinions regarding this |
